Private Rentals
We offer support in finding private rentals by helping you search and apply for suitable housing. Our team will assist you in understanding your tenancy agreements to ensure you know your rights and responsibilities.
Supported Independent Living - Live independently in a shared home with support for daily tasks and develop new skills.
Supported Independent Living
If you need specialist care, we can help you transition to supported accommodation. This option may be funded separately and includes:
Supported Independent Living (SIL): Provides daily assistance in shared homes with support workers to help manage everyday tasks.
Short Term Accommodation
These arrangements offer temporary solutions for care needs and breaks from regular routines:
Short Term Accommodation (STA): Includes respite care for up to 14 days at a time, allowing both you and your carer to rest and recharge. You can use STA for up to 28 days a year.
Residential Aged Care-Participants living in residential aged care facilities can receive support through a combination of services provided by the facility and the NDIS, tailored to their individual needs and goals.

Short Term Accommodation (STA) - Looking to try something new or cover for an unforeseen circumstance? Receive respite care in our respite homes and enjoy learning something new, learn how to cook a new meal so that you can cook great meals for your family and loved ones while at respite care.
What isn’t covered by Improved Living Arrangements?
This means general costs involved with moving into a new place won’t be eligible, such as:
Rent or bonds
Mortgage payments
Home or land deposits
Costs associated with purchasing or selling property (like stamp duty)
General household expenses and everyday items like utilities, furniture, cleaning products or groceries
